if you would like to change the size of your ring, we will gladly provide a one time size change for unworn, unaltered, non-sale items that are returned within 14 days from the time you received your order.  please note that we will not exchange custom-made orders, wedding rings, pieces with engraving and jewelry that has been worn or shows obvious signs of wear. also refund taxes, duties and any additional charges that may occur for this procedure will be your responsibility.

if possible, please send photos with jewelry that needs repair or just visit our studio so we can take a look and discuss the next steps.

you have to take into account that the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
