you can receive your order at our concept store or by courier all over the world. if so, after we finish your order, you’ll receive a tracking code for it.

if we don’t have your chosen product in stock, the production term is from two days up to two weeks + delivery time.

if there is any special date that the jewelry must be ready on, please write us a letter and we’ll try to help you out!

___returns & refunds

if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a full refund or exchange for unworn, unaltered, non-sale items that are returned within 14 days period from the time you receive your order, excluding the shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund. please note that we will not refund taxes, duties and any additional charges that may occur for your order.

we will not exchange custom-made orders, wedding rings, pieces with engraving and jewelry that has been worn or shows obvious signs of wear.

if the product is damaged, not in its original condition or shows signs of wear, the product will be returned to the buyer at their own expense. we keep the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.

all refunded goods must include the original package.

to exchange your jewelry please send an email to info@rostudio.lv and specify the order reference number and the reasons why you want to exchange it. we will contact you via email to proceed with the exchange process and discuss all the details.

the refund can take up to 15 days after receiving the package.
